I have been using Michael for the past 5 months for a twice monthly cleaning. I cannot express the gratitude of having someone RELIABLE come in to take care of my home. Being a working mom, I just can't do everything, and knowing that i don't have to do that weekly cleaning has helped put my life back in order. Sorry, I don't want to sound like a Stepford Wife, but when I have chaos in my house I can't relax. Michael is also one step ahead of me by noticing little extra things that I need done just for maintenance. That way it doesn't get out of hand. I have had Merry Maids and All Kinds of Other Maids and having someone who knows your home and what you like is amazing. Thank you Michael for all your hard work and for giving me my live back to do other things that need to be done!!

They did a great job and were super affordable!

Luz and her team did an amazing job cleaning my home for a one time deep clean. They showed up on time and got right to work. The price was very reasonable and my husband, who was weary of hiring cleaners to begin with, wants to hire them every few months! They even organized my fridge and cleaned the inside of the oven. The only thing I noticed that didn't get done was the windows but I have never hired a cleaner before and feel confident that had I asked for this to be done Luz and her team would have. I would definitely recommend them.

I requested a quote from Walter for the brick retaining wall in my front yard. His quote was very reasonable and affordable compared to others. After realizing that brick was out of my budget, Walter suggested a much more cost effective way that was actually under my budget, which is to use wood instead. I was initially worried about how it might look in my front yard, but after it was done, I told my husband that it was probably the best money I've ever spent. The wall was very sturdy and looks actually pretty amazing. It blands so well with the rest of the yard and trees. I love the work him and his crew did. Walter did a lot of the work himself too. They were always on time, started work as early as 8 am every morning and worked until 7pm on even the hottest days of the year!! The work was done in a very professional way and everything was spotless afterwards. Walter is truly the best. I will recommend him to anyone I know.

Super prompt, professional and affordable!

Rosa's Cleaning has been super flexible with my schedule, and provides excellent work for an affordable price.

The cleaners did not excellent job. They did a very thorough job of cleaning mouse droppings from the floor, cabinets and furniture in a basement apartment. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they quoted $100 and when he checked out the job raised the price to $260. That's a big difference when I described the job carefully in my request.

I'm giving these folks a 4 star rating in spite of the fact that they were an hour and fifteen minutes late, arriving at 6:15 when the dispatcher said they'd be there between 4 and 5PM. I almost cancelled as I have kids whose bedtime was disrupted. However, it was the highest quality work I've received after working with four different professionals on Thumbtack. I will be a repeat customer, and I will be sure to have a flexible schedule next time, but I hope they work this glitch in their system out. With any level of punctuality, they'd be a 5+Star operation. Good luck Green Maid!

Very thorough and very nice job. My carpet which had dark drink and food stains were completely gone and the carpet was cleaner than the state at which I inherited it from the previous tenant. Very affordable and neat job.
