Josh accommodated our schedule and tacked us on to the end of a long day. He arrived on time, and called to update us on his arrival time. He did pre-spotted, did a terrific job, did extra areas that we had not agreed on, and the carpets look great. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.

My carpets were badly stained(tenants who did not care) but Josh assured me that he could get them clean and he did! I could not have been more satisfied, and I will definitely use him again.

Josh Willis is professional, personable and very experienced. He gave a very reasonable quote, responded right away to phone calls, and showed up on time.
He did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our Mexican pavers. We thought they'd never be clean again, but the Carpet and Tile Care team made the floors sparkle!
