I had an excellent experience with the carpet cleaner who serviced my vacation home. He was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough with the cleaning. What really stood out was his willingness to return the same day to address a few additional concerns I noticed after the initial service. Luis really went above and beyond what he told me he would do. Besides pressure washing my pavers and concrete, he washed filthy outdoor cushions, rugs, and my built in grille. He also gave me tips for future projects. His work came with a smile and a wonderful attitude too.
