I took some lessons with David when I realized I needed help with a few things I was struggling with in my playing. He gave me the help I needed, which is actually great because, in my experience, many teachers try to teach what they want to teach as opposed to what I want to be taught. I would definitely recommend him!

David Johnson is an excellent teacher.
He is intelligent and perceptive.
He can quickly assess your abilities, knowledge and goals.
I had an initial lesson in which he gave me so many kernels of knowledge. Any one of them would have been worth the whole session.
I am so appreciative that I will have my children taught by him should they express an interest in the guitar.
