Colleen is an incredible trainer. I first met her about 14 years ago and worked with her multiple times to achieve my fitness goals. She is dedicated, prompt, and professional. More importantly, Colleen genuinely cares about the success of her clients. She helped me understand fitness and nutrition in a way that has laid the foundation for me continue to live a healthy lifestyle. After moving out of the area I have worked with several other trainers and none of them compare to Colleen. Her extensive knowledge and ability to motivate put her in a league of her own. Personal training is a big investment and I consider my sessions with Colleen to be one of the best investments I have made in my life.

My wife and I were clients of Colleen for 12 weeks during the period from February to May of 2021 During that time she provided the strength and balance training that would enable both of us to improve our muscle mass and improve my ability to walk again with our a walker and in some cases without a cane We are senior citizens and Colleen had unusual talents in working with us and providing the motivation we needed to want to continue our program even after we moved out of the area where she was working We would recommend her as your personal trainer without hesitation
