We have a $300 minimum per job, as we focus on larger, detail-intensive cleanings. Pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and scope of work. Deep cleanings, move-outs, and post-construction projects are quoted based on time and level of detail required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your home and the type of cleaning needed (size, condition, priorities). From there, we provide a clear quote and schedule a time that works best. On the day of service, we arrive prepared and follow a structured, top-to-bottom cleaning system to ensure consistent results. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations.
