- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your job is either: Building wash, roof wash, or heavy machinery I can likely quote on the phone. Everything else i refuse to quote until I see it personally so that I know exactly what to expect from the job challenge-wise
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as all my customers of course, I treat them the same across the board
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I once attempted to start this type of business when I was younger and clearly unread for the responsibilities relative to owning and operating a business, now that's changed and here I am.
