- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of ceremony and location. We never charge surprise fees. We offer special discounts for First Responders, Educators, and Healthcare Professionals, as well as seasonal promotions throughout the year. Travel fees may apply for destination ceremonies outside the Coachella Valley, but all costs are disclosed upfront before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation — in person, by phone, or virtually — to understand your vision and ceremony needs. Once booked, we guide you through our simple planning process, which includes: A short intake form to capture details about your ceremony. A draft script or outline to review and personalize. A final walk-through before your big day to make sure everything feels right. Our goal is to make your experience stress-free, personal, and perfectly timed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our officiants are ordained, experienced professionals with years of ceremony and public speaking experience. Rev. Steve Mistriel and his team have officiated hundreds of weddings, vow renewals, baptisms, and memorials across Southern California. Our team continually trains in ceremony design, cultural traditions, and customer service to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
