I can't rave enough about Susan and the job she did for me. I hired Susan to clean a condo that was vacated by one VRBO tenant and being rented again the next day. Once I chose Susan, her customer service and communications were exceptional in advance of showing up for the job. Then a couple of hours before she was scheduled to arrive, she called to confirm some more details specific to my unit which allowed her to bring the right products and equipment. Susan then arrived about 10 minutes early and was eager and ready to go. She truly cares about the job she does and validated several times that the job she was doing met my expectations. (She consistently exceeded my expectations.) I'm not easily impressed. But Susan is the exception. I will definitely hire Susan again for my next need. Enthusiastic 5 start out of 5! Wonderful job Susan! And an amazing attitude as well!

Susan was incredible, I needed help finishing up my unpacking and she was there, on time and ready to work. No task was too much, this lovely lady is a worker! I had such a good experience that she is now going to clean my place every other week. One of those lucky meetings! Thank you Susan.

Dirt Bully (aka) - Susan, goes above and beyond just cleaning (making my house sparkle). I'd just moved to a new house and Susan not only helped me unpack but also, while I was at work, started decorating. She has wonderful ideas (better than my own) and often helps me to see outside the box. The thing that touches my heart the most is Susan remembers ideas I have for this house and goes out of her way to find them or help me create them with material at hand. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I send out a quote i want my customers to know that it is just a quote. i dont believe I can give someone a fair quote without seeing the house first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go and meet my customers before I work for them. I feel that its important for both parties. They can get to know me a bit and I can see what I'm going to be doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I didn't go to school to learn to clean houses but I find that it gives me great satisfaction to see my customers face when I'm done.
