Introduction: I'm Mike Trost, the Ambassadors Chef. As the Personal Chef for America's former Ambassador to Belgium, I had the pleasure of living between New York City, Sun Valley, Idaho and Montiecto, California where I served the Ambassador as well as his discerning family, friends and guests for seven and a half years. Over the course of my exciting and rewarding career I planned, prepared and presented everything from intimate dinners for two to cocktail and dinner parties for more than 100. Today I am a full-time resident of Palm Springs who specializes in catering and meal service for Vacation Rentals, Multi-Course Dinner Parties, Family Style Meals, Buffets, Cocktail Parties, Brunches, Lunches, Bachelorette Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Weddings, Barbecues and Birthday Parties. I can provide you and your guests with superior service on site or simply drop off complete meals for ultimate safety and privacy. I'll work with you to create delicious, homemade menus that will make your desert experience truly delicious. Life is good!

Mike was very responsive and professional. He displayed all the food beautifully and it tasted delicious! The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly! He even was able to cater to our friends who had special requests. I’d recommend Mike to anyone in the area for a chef. It was a great experience and we were impressed.

Mike is the absolute best! Not only was his food delicious, but he brought an amazing energy to my 30th birthday lunch of 6 guests! And his tiramisu... holy smokes was that something to write home about! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Palm Springs area!

Chef Mike is an amazing Chef!! Who went above and beyond for my husbands birthday weekend! He prepared the most beautiful and delicious appetizers, dinners and desserts for a party of 12+. Chef Mike was amazing! Some friends and I did a reunion trip, and with everything going we decided to hire a chef to come to us. Best decision ever! Mike was extremely friendly, the food was amazing, and he made the whole experience really cool. Even the presentation was lovely. Highly highly recommend.
