Chef Sarena prepared an amazing dinner and breakfast buffet for our 20 guests at a Palm Springs 40th birthday party. The food was spectacular and received universal raves from the guests. Chef Sarena was also a delight to work with. She was responsive to messages and helped plan a delicious menu for both meals, soliciting the host's preferences and designing a menu that reflected them. But, again, the highlight was the food -- made with fresh ingredients and prepared with a meticulous attention to detail. I would use Chef Sarena again in a heartbeat!

Chef Sarena was an incredible private chef. My wife and I have very particular requirements (Gluten Free and Paleo). Sarena prepared a comprehensive menu for our weekend vacation in Palm Springs. She was organized, took time to understand our likes and dislikes and most importantly her food was delicious. Sarena also kept our rental home spotless after preparing each meal and was a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Sarena and plan to utilize her services again any time we visit Palm Springs!

Chef Sarena prepared a delicious meal and worked with two guests who have many food sensitivities/allergies to make sure no off-limits foods were included. We had a wonderful celebration and loved Sarena!

Per Person Cost includes food, shopping, labor, preperation and clean up. Server and bartender is additional.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what they are looking for. How I can make their event the best ever. And plan a menu that is personal to their wants and needs. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a Le Cordon Bleu graduate since 2006. I have worked at the Jean Michel Fiji Island Resort. Also I have worked at hotels, restaurants, catering and personal chef. I have also been a server and bartender.
