I had hosted a girlfriends 40th birthday in Malibu and thought it would be a lot easier to have a personal chef come to us than have to find transportation out. I’m so happy I came across The Crain Experience I could not of been happier with my decision. First of all, they were very prompt with responding to all of my questions. Their website has many options to choose from which was probably the hardest decision of all . On the date of the event, Chef Jason and and his assistant Jazz showed up on time and with everything they needed, and got straight to cooking . We started with a large charcuterie board for the group that we all got to graze on while they prepared the dinner. To start we had a garden salad with a delicious dressing. Our main course was filet mignon on top of wasabi mashed potatoes with a side of perfectly cooked asparagus to finish with dessert we had the most delicious banana pudding that everyone loved he even accommodated our gluten-free friend. I could not have been happy with my decision to go with The Crain Experience. I was so happy that we did choose the full catering service because we didn’t have to do anything else like clean a dish or clear the table I’m sure I will be seeing them again, my friends could not have been happier with their meal. Thank you so much for the happy memories and delicious meal.

Victor and Mirabell were great to work with and delivered and set up attractive and tasty meals. They provided 3 buffet dinners and one seated Chef's dinner. The feedback from the group of 16 was that was some of the best food they had ever eaten! They kept in mind our dairy free and gluten free guests as well. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Palate, Reannon, the owner was easy to work with and provided options to choose from that fit with my needs and budget. Amazing service. The food was phenomenal! Was able to try a little bit of almost everything on their menu. Bartender made the perfect drinks and staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend!

Pacific Coast Palate provided two nights of amazing food for my son’s 30th birthday and our 33rd Anniversary! What a treat to have the awesome Chef Victor and his beautiful daughter Isabella arrive! They are professional, courteous and creative with the food and table set up!! They made a very special family tradition birthday 🥳 cake called Zebra cake and our son was delighted!! We even had two vegans in our group and they were willing to accommodate menu selections for all! They also set the table with menu cards such a special touch! If you are looking for an amazing experience look no further than Pacific Coast Palate!
