- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the app pricing, pricing is fair. Willing to offer a discount for referrals and reoccurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy, discuss what the customer needs, offer pricing and timeframe, create service agreement, and invoice, payment due once services are completed unless clients decides to make payment first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BSIS Qualified Manager and working for the state as a custodian. I have multiple certifications, guard card, exposed firearm, pepper spray, baton, CPR, verbal judo, qualified manager, live scan operator, and more. Studying at AV Community College for Criminal justice degree.
