Introduction: We have the General-B license and have been working in the Bay Area for many years. We have provided drawings, innovative design, and construction administration for a wide variety of clients from small business, private individuals, and organizations. Our designer always attempts to incorporate the Client’s ideas into the design of the project, and provide architectural and structural engineering services to help the Client accomplishing the project. • We provide complete drawings to the property owner for the building permit application based on the city planning guidelines and zoning requirements, which include architecture designs, structure designs, construction details, etc.; all drawings which are necessary for building permit application and construction purpose. • The plans include site plan, existing main house general floor plan, proposed additions floor plan, elevation, sections plan, proposed additions electrical plans, plumbing plans, roof plans, structural design and calculation, title ‐24, etc; in which are required by the city building department for building permit application. • We also provide 3 times free jobsite visits for any question contractor and the owner may have.
