The team demolished part of old house, leveled floors, reinforced foundation, built new frame, installed insulation, windows, doors, drywall, siding and sealed the house. What I liked specifically about the team: 1) punctuality - you can always rely on them to show up 8 AM sharp

3) quality if work. Yes, one nail is off here and there, but overall attention to details, codes and standards are excellent - inspectors had no issues to point out and all inspections passed from the first attempt.
4) Tidiness - work site was cleaned every day and made ready for the next day.
5) Flexibility - every time we found unexpected issue or change in original plans, it was very easy to factor that in, negotiate change in scope and have project moving without delays.
6) Value - prices are very competitive.
