- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is always a concern and important to understand for the customer as well as the contractor. i will always give a quote for the job or task at hand and explain it as best i can so the customer feels comfortable and is ready to proceed with the job. its important to have everyone on the same page with no confusion, which leads to no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a man from the midwest, kansas city. i am a very honest man with a strong work ethic that likes what he does especially to someone that needs it. i call it like i see it. and a new customer is someone that i want to call me again when they need something done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 4yrs in a vocational college, a master plumbers block liscence, backflow prevention certified, owner and operator of brian the plumber for 12yrs, and i am certified in polyethylene fusion up to 6". i have donr med gas piping and if your havin problems with a toilet, chances are i can flushem out.
