Joshua charged a very reasonable price and delivered professional-quality work. My project involved repairing about 80 sq ft of floating engineered hardwood flooring. The new flooring panels were about 1/16”–1/8” thinner than the existing floor, but Joshua and his team quickly came up with a solution. They glued 1/8” Meranti plywood to the concrete subfloor and added a 3mm soundproof underlayment. The result was excellent—the new floor ended up perfectly level with the existing flooring. Their workmanship was precise. Most cuts fit perfectly on the first try, requiring only minor adjustments. The entire job was completed in just one day. After installation, the repaired area feels solid and stable, with no movement, squeaking, or hollow sounds. It blends seamlessly with the existing floor. They were also very professional about keeping the house clean. They sealed off the work area with plastic sheeting from floor to ceiling to control dust and used an industrial vacuum for cleanup afterward. Most importantly, they were patient and easy to work with. I had to leave several times to pick up materials, and they never complained about the delays. Overall, I’m very happy with the result and would gladly recommend Joshua and his team.

Had a hardwood floor scratched in multiple places. Guys did really great job with cutting out and changing the hardwood tiles. After the job was done, you couldn't even tell that the floor was repaired, such a smooth finish. Also they took care about the debris flying around the living space as the work site was isolated with plastic screens. 100% recommend

I have nothing but good things to say about Joshua and his work! I own three apartment buildings with hardwood floors and just took over managing them from my husband, who worked with another vendor that did our floors. I wanted to make a change because I didn't enjoy working with that vendor. From the get-go, Joshua was easy to work with, understood what I wanted and needed, did the work swiftly and on time with a beautiful result.
