I booked The House Star Cleaning about a month ago to do a deep clean of our house before our baby comes. Unfortunately, we had a little bit of a miscommunication on the actual day we had talked about. However, I called Ricardo and he was able get everything sorted out and they came the next day instead. I was very happy with how quickly he was able to resolve the issue. The only inconvenience was I chose the hottest weekend we've had so far. The Cleaning team did an amazing job. They were very thorough and let me do a walk through of the house before they left. We will definitely use them again.

The House Star responded immediately to our quote request, came out the next day for the quote, and completed the job the following day. They did excellent and thorough work, and we greatly appreciated both the speed and what we felt was a very fair price!

She was good with her work. Cleaned it out pretty well. But was not very receptive to any asking even if we were to pay her extra. So be very fixated on what you want to clean before calling her. Requesting / showing areas to clean on the spot is not welcome.
