We partnered with Katarina from Organic Interiors to help one of our clients, a private healthcare network, renovate the interior of one of their hospitals and change the layout to improve internal collaboration. Using our technology to map how the hospital staff interact, Katarina applied her interior architecture expertise to translate those insights into a functional and supportive design. Working with Katarina on the biophilic mural for our Facthum office in Madrid was a fantastic experience. Payment was over Zelle which my bank had me do in multiple payments. Katarina was good at catching our vision for our space but lacked the ability to have attention to details. She missed essential things like where the subwoofer for the computer would go, how cords and wires would be managed in the office, or our address in the design documents (it wasn’t our address in the header). Back and forth communication was only over email and there were times I had to reach out again to follow up after not hearing back for several weeks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. For clarity, Zelle limitations are controlled by each client’s bank, so we have no influence over how many transactions are required. Our agreement was for a furniture list, and we provided 3D views and renderings at no extra cost to help you visualize the space. These complimentary visuals did not include installation-level details such as cable management or subwoofer placement. Regarding communication, after the second iteration we waited quite some time for your response while managing other active projects, but we apologize if this caused any delay on our side and we always aim to respond as promptly as possible.
