Phil very quickly returned my request for a quote and was able to meet on the exact day and time that I was available. He was even a few minutes early to our appointment and had the work completed in half of the time that he promised. Phil showed up on time and finished our project (replacing front door lock) on time. One of the parts that we had wasn’t the right size because our door was too thick so he used one of his. He explained what he would do throughout the job. Really appreciate his work and thoroughness.

He was very reasonably priced and came on time. All in all it took 2 hours to replace 8 locks but that’s because I wanted 4 copies of each key and he made sure to double check them with all the doors. If there was even a slight issue, he’d create a new key for us. He was really patient the whole time too as we did our rounds of test.
