I have only had one session after my consultation with Jesse, but so far things have been going well. Friendly and outgoing, Jesse will challenge you to work as hard as you can to make the most of the hourlong workout, and is chock full of knowledge and advice for working out. Looking forward to future sessions!

Training with Jesse has been extremely beneficial due to the fact that I have several sports injuries and he has been able to taylor our workouts to work around them. I have seen a vast improvement in my endurance. He also makes the workouts super enjoyable and mixes it up every time. Jesse is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. He is approachable and personable as well. Overall, I highly recommend.

I really enjoy working with Jesse! He is extremely dedicated and encouraging. He also really challenges you during the workouts to do your best. I hated working out before starting my sessions with Jesse, but after seeing him for months he really motivates you! He’s everything you’d want from a trainer, super caring, approachable all while helping you reach your goals.

It's been great having Jesse as a coach and personal trainer for the past two years. As a coach at Functional Lifestyles Gym he always takes the time to ensure each member of the private group setting is focused and ensuring maximum potential with each exercise. That translates even more to his 1:1 personal training sessions where I'm taught proper mobility and technique more than just moving heavy weights. He motivates me constantly to push my limits when I'm in the moment and at the same time preaches rest in between sets, rest at home, and most importantly stretching to keep it all together. I've seen huge improvement in my strength without trying to move big weights, much better definition in my muscle tone, flexibility in all movements, and my muscle endurance from his training has translated into an overall increase in my cardio with weekly running and steep incline hikes. Loving all the results and highly recommend Jesse as a personal trainer to anyone looking for that overall healthy body experience to move great, look great, and feel great everyday.
