I have been training with Jesse for many years. He's one of the best trainers that I have ever met. He will adjust the workout based on your need and interests. (and challenge you all the time. lol) You don't ever have to worry about getting bored about the training as he always finds something new for you. On top of that, he's extremely responsive & communicative. If you need to adjust or cancel your schedule / workout styles, he's always willing to work with you. All in all, Jesse is a great coach & a great friend for people who are looking for a decent and serious workout! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

I trained with Jesse for over a year, before and during the pandemic. Jesse was very accommodating given the situation that was constantly changing. He kept me on track with my workout, and he was always professional, punctual, and attentive to me fitness needs. Best of all, he was very friendly, and made working out fun. I looked forward to my sessions with him.

It's been great having Jesse as a coach and personal trainer for the past two years. As a coach at Functional Lifestyles Gym he always takes the time to ensure each member of the private group setting is focused and ensuring maximum potential with each exercise. That translates even more to his 1:1 personal training sessions where I'm taught proper mobility and technique more than just moving heavy weights. He motivates me constantly to push my limits when I'm in the moment and at the same time preaches rest in between sets, rest at home, and most importantly stretching to keep it all together. I've seen huge improvement in my strength without trying to move big weights, much better definition in my muscle tone, flexibility in all movements, and my muscle endurance from his training has translated into an overall increase in my cardio with weekly running and steep incline hikes. Loving all the results and highly recommend Jesse as a personal trainer to anyone looking for that overall healthy body experience to move great, look great, and feel great everyday.

I've had the pleasure of training with Jesse in both a group and 1:1 setting. I met Jesse at Functional Lifestyles, where I first started my fitness journey. My first day at the gym, Jesse taught me my first compound exercise, the deadlift. I had never touched a barbell in my life and was absolutely nervous. Jesse broke down the steps and made me feel comfortable in a completely new setting. It's been two years since that day and I've completely fallen in love with fitness and have made immense progress in my fitness goals thanks to Jesse and FL. Jesse has a way with breaking down complex exercises into simple, easily digestible steps. For me, the mind muscle connection is probably the hardest to truly grasp, and Jesse gives the perfect queues and tips to help you properly engage the targeted muscle groups. Just last week, he help me reach my new squat personal record of 205 lbs! Jesse and his family live and breathe fitness and have an impressive arsenal of knowledge. In addition, Jesse makes working out extremely fun. He will push you to your limits, but will also do anything to make his clients smile. I am proud to have Jesse as my coach and friend! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I started training with Jesse during the pandemic to get back to shape. Jesse is very accommodative in terms of time, location or workout type. He would design the workout to fit me the best while pushing me to improve every time. It's also fun working out with him since the routines never repeat.
