I like that my clients are satisfied with the service given to their pool. In an appointment I always try to be as punctual as possible so that my clients do not wait too long and I am always on the lookout for messages or calls that they make to me because it is part of my job.

Extremely positive experience. Alberto not only did my equipment semi-annual maintenance really well but also walked me through it all step by step. It was an informative session where I learnt a lot and the work was done to A+ level. He also cleaned a heavy rust stain from my spa plaster without extra charges. Great service; will definitely hire again.

Really great experience with Waterpro. Came on time, did the job quickly and with great quality. We havent used our spa for a year, so the water is really dirty. The technician came and cleaned the entire spa, cover, and even helped us fix the air lock issue. Overall great experience

I had a fantastic experience with Waterpro pool & spa. Alberto came to fix my hottub. He was prompt, professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything up and running again. I appreciated how they explained things clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I’m so glad I used Waterpro & Spa’s pool service. I’d often noticed sand accumulating at the bottom of my pool, and I was experiencing frequent algae growth. Previous service personnel had told me this was normal, but even though my pool filter had just been cleaned, my pool was experiencing even more algae. Something was terribly wrong. I had this company checked the pool chemicals, and they found nothing right. So, I decided to hire Alberto and his employee, Eliseo, who quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend them.

I started 4 years ago working for a company that does pool maintenance as well, there I acquired the necessary knowledge and the ability to be able to solve problems that may arise in the pool maintenance area. After 2 and a half years I decided to work on my own.
