- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am $125 and hour for onsite filing and $75hr for editing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free phone consultation. Get information about event. Go over cost and finish production date. After filming I will send client the video file to review to make sure it is what they were requesting and make any corrections needed. Send finished video file to them through online data transfer like Drop Box, deliver to online video service like Youtube or Vimeo, or have client bring in their hard drive and I can transfer all the edited and raw data to their device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished a two year program at our community college for digital media production, have worked as a videographer and media producer at the Mountain View public TV station, Have worked over ten years producing and editing video for vocational training's, and creating promotion for web marketing.
