Hi, I’m Rachel with Intuitively Flexible. I offer personalized private and group yoga sessions designed to meet your unique needs—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or reconnect with your body. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and to say I’m passionate about it would be an understatement. I was first introduced to yoga in high school during a dance class, and it continued to reappear in my life in meaningful ways. By college, I was practicing regularly, and yoga became a source of grounding, clarity, community, and healing. In November 2024, I traveled to Bali to complete my 200-hour teacher training, guided and encouraged by a fellow yogi and close friend. In September 2025, I returned to Bali to deepen my studies and completed an additional 300-hour advanced training, further strengthening my knowledge of alignment, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and trauma-informed teaching. My teaching style is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to each individual—whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your practice. I create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where students can build strength, improve flexibility, develop body awareness, and connect more deeply with themselves—on and off the mat. To bring warmth and community to every practice, I offer a complimentary cup of homemade chai and a lavender or eucalyptus towelwith each in-person session —a small way to continue the joy of yoga and mindfulness beyond the mat. Travel fee: To bring yoga directly to you, I charge a travel fee of $0.80 per mile, round trip from Palo Alto. This helps cover my travel time, gas, and car expenses, so I can keep my session rates fair and sustainable. Thank you for understanding! Yoga Mat Rentals • Indoor events: $3 per mat • Outdoor events (parks, beaches, etc.): $5 per mat ✨ All rentals include setup, breakdown, and sanitizing after use. Outdoor mats are priced slightly higher due to the extra cleaning required for sand, dirt, and grass. ✨ Please note: Thumbtack charges me around $35 for every inquiry, so I kindly ask that you reach out only if you’re seriously considering booking a session, even if it’s just a one-time trial. I’m happy to answer a few quick questions beforehand, but I do hope that reaching out reflects a real interest in moving forward. ✨ I do not offer equipment-only rentals.
