- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the general pest control services can be quoted in quarterly and annual fees. Why? Because the kind of pest,the pest infestation level or our customer needs. Some minor infestations could be controlled with one time services. Inspection is vital to determine the needs of the customer and the price of the treatment. Same applies with the termite fumigation treatment.We need to inspect the property to identify the pest and estimate the amount of fumigant to be use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The State Laws require that we have to provide proof of continue education up to 40 hours to renew our licenses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we provide are: fumigation for the control of wood destroying organisms,escrow inspections, pest control services and wood repairs.
