Robert was incredible! First of all he was incredibly punctual and texted ahead to let me know his eta. He immediately understood the issue and quoted me a very reasonable price. Our laundry is tucked under stairs and truly in an awful location. I rarely stay in there to fold laundry, let alone try to fix the dryer!! Robert said he would move everything if needed, but it was fine and told me when he would be back in the afternoon to fix it—which worked perfectly for me. Again—he was great about texting me his eta, and was right on time. Robert was incredibly efficient and the dryer (which came with the rental) sounds and I’m sure works better than ever. A great guy, and definitely recommend.
