Frank was very responsive. I reached out to him and another business on Thumbtack on Thursday due to an immediate need on Saturday. He reached out to me via text and called me in the afternoon and by that evening I confirmed the time and date with him for Saturday at 10am. He took his time and did the work with quality and care. He replace the old shower head, replaced our sliding door handle, installed new flood lights in the front, and he installed new door handle hardware. The total price was very reasonable for the work performed. I would most definitely hire Frank again!
