We can dispatch one of our certified technicians to your location to diagnose and repair your equipment. The cost of transportation to your location including the first hour of work will be ($95), any additional hours spent to fix your computer, printer, copier, scanner, CCTV, Network setup, and alarm system will be billed in increments of 15 minutes. You may also bring your devices to our office located in Pasadena, CA, and we will diagnose it for FREE. Once diagnosed, we will provide you with a report that includes all details and cost to repair your equipment. Or, we can provide remote technical support services to assist in solving the issue immediately, as long as your computer is connected to the internet. Dear Thumbtack, I am a Property Manager of an Apartment Building in Hollywood, CA. I give Digitech the (5) Stars you gave me to choose from. But they really deserve (10) Stars. The Project Manager Michael Nehme, is simply the most efficient, professional, genius in the Business. His Team encountered significant bumps while installing my new (16) camera system because of my previous installers. Any Good service would have failed to get me up and working, due to the HORRENDOUS previous installation. Only this COMPETENT, determined, experienced TEAM could have successfully installed my brand new system with such a pristine finish. I am so happy with the work that they have done. I have and will continue to use their various services for my 54-unit apartment building. I am so grateful to have found them. When I asked for a home visit for my monster desktop, I didn't expect a professional in a suit! The techs were extremely thoughtful, kind, and dignified, and they had my poor computer fixed in a snap. I will definitely call them again whenever I need a repair or an upgrade.
