My first session with Kevin was great! I He helped me understand, communicate and educate my 5 month old Maltipoo. Kevin shared great training tools and made sure that I felt comfortable with their approach. I'm looking forward to more sessions as I've seen quite some progress after this initial session. Wow! We had a 3hr foundations session and we are blown away. Learning this method is like flipping a switch and suddenly being able to speak dog. I've been around dogs my whole life and this training technique is unlike anything I've seen before. Our 9mo pup had become aggressive towards visitors and with people on walks. He had issues with barking, obsessing over the front door, etc and has immediately made so much progress. If you're wavering over the cost, this is 100% worth it. I've never felt more confident as a dog owner!

Was an amazing training ... Kevin was observing Hana and he was very straight forward!! I have a mini Pomeranian and Pomeranians are super stubborn and bossy lol but Kevin help me and gave instructions how to say NO and how to body language with my puppy! Definitely recomendable Kevin is amazing and super chill ! Don’t expect your dog to fly or miracle to happen :) you really need to spend time with your dog and follow the instructions that Kevin gave you ! Also talk to Kevin about what food you choose to feed your dog ! Thank you Kevin for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best part about our program is that we provide a guarantee of support for the lifetime of your dog. They are covered on any issue at any point in time for the rest of their life and with the program designed that way it is all covered under a one-time cost and we won't change per visit/session/hour - it is all covered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We train in-home and would drive to your place of residence for the lesson. The initial training is 2-3 hours. The first half of the lesson reviews the training methodology and teaches you about the language. The second half of the lesson is typically programming exercises and/or walking practice.
We can decide together if additional training would be desired and would schedule ongoing training as needed after that. It is best to have any family members present that also live in the home and care for the dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bark Busters has been in business 30 years, and was started by a couple in Australia who worked with dogs that were scheduled to be put down. They mastered the language and thinking of dogs over the last three decades and have turned their proprietary skill set into a global dog training business.
Each territory is owned by a franchisee that undergoes a month-long immersive training program with the founders. This includes education on the language and leadership theories, shelter work and field training. We've completed all training and worked with hundreds of dogs since.
