- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some time I will ask the customer to buy the materials and pay me just for the performed of my labor. Or I will do the estimated for the job and give them a cost for materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to talk to all my customers first about the work that they want done. And look at the job before I give them the cost of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At one time I was a masonry foreman for one company in Pasadena CA. I also was a project manager for a company in Los Angeles CA
