- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we utilize an insurance software that provides us with the pricing. The pricing system is managed by an outside group that utilizes up to date research on pricing. It adjusts each year to what the average price across the states is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by understanding the needs of the customers. For emergency flood or fire situations it could be different being we are going for emergency services. Once we understand what our expectations are, we can come to an agreement on the work being done and the roles of everyone involved. Communication is key, inspiring us to make sure our methods are inline with the customers at all times. Nobody likes being left out, therefore imagine the feeling when it is your own house and you are not even aware of whats occurring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have nearly 30 years in the Industry. We are an IICRC certified firm that has serving the San Gabriel valley of Los Angeles county with Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation and Reconstruction.
