- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are upfront and flat — no surprises. I charge per job depending on the type (security cameras, smart lock, video doorbell, thermostat). Most setups in Pasadena, Studio City, and LA qualify for up to 20% off home insurance — I help with that paperwork too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a few quick questions — what you are looking to set up, what is already in place, and what your main concern is (security, convenience, both). Usually takes 5 minutes over text or a call. From there I give you a straight price, we pick a time that works, and I show up on schedule. On-site I handle everything — install, setup, testing — and before I leave I make sure you actually know how to use it. No mess left behind.

I specialize in security camera installation, smart lock setup, video doorbell installation, and home automation across Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Studio City. Worked with Ring, Arlo, Nest, Yale, and other pro-grade systems. Every install is clean, fully tested, and set up before I leave.
