Having Natikka as my personal trainer has been such a great experience. I did not have any experience in weightlifting or working out in general and I’ve learned so much in these past couple of months. Nattika is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She is understanding, patient and super nice..but she will definitely challenge you, in a good way! Nattika makes sure I reach my nutritional and physical goals, which I appreciate. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

she helped me a lot with building muscle and helping me with losing weight. she also helped me with eating better, she recommended a lot of food recipes i can try to help me lose weight. in the beginning i told her what my goal is for my weight and she really helped with targeting what i wanted. she is very flexible when it comes to time. my work used to give me different hours and she was very helpful on how to work around it. overall she was a really big help and i appreciated everything she has done for me.

I trained with Nat for a little over two months and lost approximately 10lbs and improved BMI. Although it does not appear to be much on the scale, I definitely lost inches on my waist and toned legs. Most of all, I gained confidence in working out! Before training with Nat I had not liften weights in a while, I mostly used my Peloton bike. Nat was extremely patient with me as I learned the forms of the workouts and with my uncoordinated self! I can’t recommend Nat enough, she is flexible, great communication, motivating, and will tailor the workouts to your needs! Nat knows just the right amount of motivation/push you need, but will not yell at you. It’s mostly laughter, but laughing with you. She never made me feel uncomfortable, she always made sure I was using the correct form, and did not miss a session. I can definitely notice my new strength! I am saddened that I may not be able to train with Nat since I will be moving out of the area soon, maybe online workouts 😁 In addition, I was never bored of the workouts, she kept the sessions diverse. I was pleasantly surprised because I get bored of the same workout routines. If you want a trainer that motivates you, tailors the workout sessions towards your needs, is patient, is flexible, doesn’t yell, but is strict, motivates you, and is overall fun than look no further!!
