Nat is an incredible trainer. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and she is knowledgeable and smart and great at helping me get strong and fit in the way I want to. I love her demeanor and her skills. She’s fantastic. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working out with Nat since 2023, and it’s always a highlight of my week to see her smile. She’s incredibly professional—she pushes you to your limits while always keeping safety in mind. Unlike many other trainers, Nat thoughtfully designs personalized routines and rotates exercises to target and stimulate different muscle groups. I truly enjoy having her by my side, and I’m hoping to spend even more time training with her.

I’ve worked with Nat for at least a year and a half and never felt or looked better. For reference, I’m a woman in her mid-40s looking to build strength and gained muscle mass. Nat is one of those rare trainers who intuitively knows how much and when to push you. She’s always professional and never forgets that her role is to help you achieve your fitness goals (unlike some trainers who are scrolling through their phones while in a middle of session or chatting with clients about bitcoins). I’m so glad I came across Nat and highly recommend her.

I have been working with Nat for almost 2 years now and have never felt better. I am getting married in September and had put on weight during Covid, and not only did she help me lose it, but I am honestly in the best shape of my life now. The workouts are very challenging, but I always feel great afterwards, and she always corrects my form when needed. Since working out together I’ve lost over 20 lbs 💪😊 And I’m way more confident when working out alone at the gym now. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get results and up their gym game. She’s very punctual and professional and is an absolute please to train with!
