We hired Handyman Connection of Pasadena to help us transition our home to a rental because they were one of the few in the area that is fully insured and provided a reasonable estimate. Reinaldo was the lead person and he demonstrated a high level of skill and knowledge to repair and/or give us advice about windows, blinds, plumbing, flooring, painting and other things as they arose. We appreciate that he did his best to keep us within the original estimate and explained when we needed to upgrade certain aspects. He has good attention to detail, business manners, cleaned up after his projects and collaborated with us until we were finished. We intend to work with their team on some longer-term projects.

Fernando came to my house to patch up some holes in the exterior, fix a broken rain gutter and fix an exhaust fan on the roof. He completed them professionally, quickly and to my satisfaction. I am planning to use his services on additional tasks.

We will give free in person estimate for all residential work

After booking an estimate if the job can be done on the spot we will take care of it and if it a bigger job we will get back to the customer with our labor and material bid and can get started on their project as soon as the customer approves
