Congratulations and thank you for reaching out! We offer professional planning, coordinating, staffing, bartending and a "Private Chef Experience". Our staff handle all of the set up, service and clean up so you can "be a guest at your own party" which is $325.00 per staff/bartender for our 5 hour minimum and our Private Chef Experience starts at $185.00 per person which includes a custom menu, the food, chef, service and clean up. All of our staff dress professionally in all black, are fully trained, experienced and insured. With over 25 years of experience, and over 1500 events you're in great hands! Even though we didn’t end up hiring Central Coast Party helpers, the contact person for quotes and assistance was very helpful and quick to respond to emails. Ultimately, the bride and groom decided to change plans and no longer needed the services of a bartender; without that change, we would have been happy to work with this company. Best of luck!

Hired Central Coast Party Helpers to help with my thanksgiving party so that I could spend more time enjoying and less time doing dishes/clean up. Brigette was great. Had a zoom meeting and went over all details of the party and expectations. The woman, Judy, that came to help was so great too. She probably did dishes for 6 hours and it was so nice not having to worry about the clean up after all the guests left. She was efficient and always looking for something to do. I am having another party in the future and will be hiring Brigette and Central Coast Party Helpers again. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I worked with Brigette and Michelle at a 5 star venue in Santa Barbara. The original wedding planner quit the day before the wedding and these two ladies were hired to pick up the pieces. They did an AMAZING job! Absolutely nailed it. As a person working in the industry I highly recommend CCPH for any type of event. CCPH offers a variety of services. I have met several of the team members and they are all so nice and hard working. 10/10 would recommend!

Brigitte and her team were wonderful to work with and helped me pull my last-minute wedding together smoothly. Brigitte was able to provide some helpful advice in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. She also was very communicative and always got back to me quickly. On the day of the wedding, her team came and helped us set up, served our food, and covered most of the cleanup. They also adapted quickly and helped us work through some unexpected kinks on the day of the wedding. It would have been so much harder to pull our wedding together without the Central Coast Party Helpers, and Im so glad they were there to help!
