Great catering very professional did a 1000+ people event catering for my guest party in Corona Del Mar and included waiting staff and a bartender

Per the contract was supposed to arrive at 3:45pm for a 4:45 start time for cocktail hour.arrived at 5pm already late set up during cocktail hour, while guests are walking in, not prepared, not ready. An hour and 15 minutes late. Said they would go later to make ip for it but that wasn’t the purpose. People had long finished eating so we were left with a bunch of tortillas that were not that great. Way over paid for this vendor. Very disappointed that they did not come through.
