We had Chef Ismael from Rough Chop cook a private dinner for us and the entire experience was incredible. From the beginning, communication was easy and professional, and he made everything feel completely stress-free.
The food was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Every course felt thoughtful, the timing was perfect, and you could tell how much care went into the details.
What impressed us just as much was how respectful he was of our home. He came prepared, kept everything organized, and left the kitchen spotless afterward.
It honestly felt like having a fine-dining restaurant brought into our home, but without losing the personal touch. We were able to relax, enjoy the evening, and spend time together while Chef Ismael handled everything.
