The first thing that I noticed about Joshua, as we discussed my project, was his professionalism. His quote was reasonable, and his work was guaranteed. Once we agreed on the start date, the schedule went as planned. As the work progressed, Joshua met with me to ensure that the project was going as expected. He is a good communicator and was clearly determined that I would be pleased with the service that he was providing, and made comments to that effect. When I mentioned that there were a couple of areas that I felt had been missed, he listened and assured me that they would be taken care of. He made that happen. I and my neighbors are very happy with the work Hailey's did in completing our road and berm repair and seal project...on schedule.

Answer their Phone & show up as scheduled. They provided a quote we accepted and tried to schedule the activity & Hailey's Blacktop did not respond any further to multiple messages, emails, phone call messages etc. The job was never completed & we lost crucial schedule days in the belief it was going to be done by Hailey's.

I have repeadeatly apologized but we went straight to work from a fema call helping with the fires as a volunteer for no pay!..It would seem he could have been a little more understanding considering the situation
