Throughout the project, Perez Hardscape Services consistently demonstrated a professional approach and a genuine willingness to accommodate all project needs. They were also proactive in offering recommendations and presenting options for potential improvements whenever possible, while also skillfully identifying and flagging any areas of concern that arose.
I've been through 6 landscapers so far. Each one started something and left a mess behind.
Gaspar was #7. He had to deal with all that leftover mess and create my dream. He showed up every day, on time, and in a good mood. His team worked hard and everyone was agreeable and easy to work with.
When the plan shifted, they adapted.
They came in, got the job done, and finished on time, even in the heat of the June sun, without a single complaint.
I highly recommend Gaspar and his crew. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends.

Perez Hardscape Service was prompt answering my messages. On time for the estimate, starting and finishing timed. He and his crew did a perfect job of removing old wood fence, posts, concrete and all debris.
Gaspar Perez and crew answered all my questions and they made sure that we were pleased with the completed project.

After reviewing other contractors work. I narrowed it down to 2 contractors. I could tell Gaspar (Mr. Perez), was busy. So I waited for his response. At the quote meeting, he was quiet but made me feel relaxed. I will miss my lawns. But getting older, I wanted to downsize on maintenance service. I didn't want the artificial grass look around the trees, because of its life span. Gaspar had an impressive dump trailer to haul away all the debris. But one of his employees truck had an oil leak problem on the driveway. So have some cardboard handy to catch the leak. On the day of concrete pour, Mr. Perez brought along his "A" team of 4 finishers. In the end we had a lil "compa" work party Bar-B-Q. I am satisfied & happy with this project. "Cash is King.
