We hired Alan to remove our old tv and install a new one. He also helped us open the box holding our new TV, which would have been very difficult to do ourselves. He went above and beyond what we expected and really demonstrated his wide knowledge and skills, as well as well as amazing patience. We couldn't have asked for a more skilled, helpful, and thoughtful technician. He was right on time (actually, a little early!), knew exactly what to do, and was very efficient, and charged a very reasonable price. If there were more stars to check he'd get them all! Highly recommended.
