Everything. They were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages on Thumbtack. They gave me a window of when to expect them, and then sent a message letting me know they were 30 mins away. Once they arrived, they diagnosed the issue with my washing machine within a minute, had the part they needed to fix it, and were all finished in about a half an hour. Then they took a look at our stove, upon my request, and instead of trying to sell me their services to fix a minor problem, they recommended that I leave it as is, or buy a new one, as the cost to fix it probably wasn't worth it. Both Alex and his colleague (apologies, I forget his name!) were very nice, and it was clear that they are also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will DEFINITELY call them again, next time one of our appliances needs some love and attention. Thank you!

I bought a house with an extremely old stove and hood range, and the hood range had stopped working about a month. Alex and his colleague spent about 30min carefully examining everything, then let me know that the motor had stopped working, but it was non-trivial to replace the motor both because the part is scarce (since it's an old model) and because of the way the hood range was installed. His explanations were super clear and easy to follow, and he even tracked down a supplier of the exact spare part with the pricing, in case I wanted to go down the route of replacing the part later. He was so apologetic about not being able to actually fix the issue on the spot that he offered to not charge for the visit. Given his helpful and clear diagnosis I was more than happy to pay for his services anyway. Very responsive, accommodated my request for weekend times, and called before arriving.
