Thank you so much Michael, for making my mother in laws birthday party a dream! The food and presentation of it were outstanding. Everyone had nothing but positive things to say about the way everything turned out. And his warmth and personality was an added blessing. Of course, his good looks did not hurt. Can't wait for another event so I can have those fabulous brownies again!

I hired Tiffany as a "day of" wedding coordinator. From the start Tiffany kept in touch with me, from clarifying all that needed to be done to what time I needed her and where. She was very organized, on time and did a great job with decorating the venue and setting up. She contacted my vendors within the week of my wedding, allowing me to not have to worry about things. On top of it all, she was extremely kind, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. I would recommend her to anyone needing a hand with wedding planning.

Matt was the sole event designer for my wedding, and I have to say, he is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with. He was patient with me during the entire planning process, always listened to my ideas, and offered better solutions where necessary. Forsyth Designs took care of my flowers, decor orders / rentals, ceremony and reception setup, and were the first point of contact for all vendors day of. Having planned and produced so many events flawlessly, he did all of this with ease, and no task seemed to be out of his reach. I would highly recommend Forsyth Designs for your wedding decor and flowers. Very easy to work with, and Matt is a really great person that you will want to be a part of your BIG day. He will bring your dream wedding to life!

Christina was a dream vendor. She was so responsive throughout the whole planning process and partnered with me to work within my budget, but still created beautiful floral pieces to make our event feel special! She created super detailed contracts, communications, and invoices, making the planning and execution flawless. She also even created an ad hoc floral headpiece for me that paired so beautifully with my bouquet (which I never wanted to put down because it was so rad)! She really made everything look so lush and whimsical to the tune of my taste. She just wants to help make your event feel like you. Also, who can resist a mother/daughter duo?! Couldn't recommend her more strongly!

Jess did an amazing job of supporting our non-profits annual program launch! This week-long event is essential for building our organizational culture and involves staff from around the country. Her support was crucial to ensuring that the event was a powerful experience for participants and that everything ran smoothly. She is highly organized and has an eye for details which really helped to make our event a success. My wedding would not have been stellar without Jen's help! I asked Jen to join me a month before my wedding took place. She helped me with color schemes for linens and flowers, as well as other wedding day items that were needed to tie the decor together. During the month leading up to the big event, she was available whenever I needed and responded immediately. Moreover, she was an incredible listener; I was pleasantly surprised many a times when she came back to me with guidance about certain things that I had forgotten having mentioned. She truly listened and followed up on everything that was needed, making me have to worry a lot less. I'm really happy to say that we were on the same wavelength the whole time we worked together. Additionally, she connected with all my vendors and was able to successfully circle back on certain things that needed to be finalized without me having to get involved. The day of the event she was stellar! The ceremony was beautiful and orchestrated with her assistance, and the reception room came together so beautifully. My 'Anthropologie' decor wedding dreams came true! One thing that truly stood out to me (and was one of the most important things in my ceremony) was that not having put together a Chuppah before, Jen assembled it perfectly and placed the flowers so beautifully onto the canopy; also with little tangible instruction (only with a few photos) was she able to orchestrate how I wanted the chairs to be placed surrounding the Chuppah. I got so many compliments about how beautiful the decor was and how it was so beautifully put together. More importantly, I got really positive reviews about Jen; my guests were raving about how informative and helpful she was, as well as also how she helped orchestrated the flow of the event without being really noticed during it. I would highly recommend Jen to help you with the design of your event and coordination. She went beyond and above to help me throughout the month before the wedding and also the day off. I couldn't be happier with Jen's services at One Fine Day!

    I attended a beautiful Piper & Sloan event called Denim & Lilacs and had a wonderful time! Everything was perfectly planned and executed. The theme was tied in to decor and menu in an elegant way without being over the top, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. I would love to have another Piper & Sloan event!

    Ellen has a superb ability to be completely attuned to her clients' needs. Ellen did the floral design for my rehearsal dinner. The results perfectly evoked the romantic, old world feel that I had dreamed of. Every detail was thought of...from the florals, linens, coloring, lighting to the unique accents which incorporated the natural surroundings of the beautiful California coast where the event took place. Ellen's sincere passion for her work shines through ever step of the event design process. I will look forward to working with her again in the future.

    We opted to use a day planner for our wedding and it was the best decision. I highly recommend Harlene for event planning. We found Harlene through a wedding planner who recommended her services. Harlene allowed for unlimited correspondence before the event and an in-person meeting at the venue location to go over details. Although I found the vendors and planned the wedding, Harlene was readily available during the planning process and reminded us of things we hadn't thought of yet. She was absolutely perfect the day of - knew the entire flow, potential issues, schedule of events, and looked out for VIP guests/wedding party. Harlene worked with me for about 3 months before our wedding. She was able to make vendor recommendations and seemed to know everyone in the industry in the Bay Area. Wedding planning is one of the most stressful things I have ever done but I had no doubts about trusting Harlene with the day of execution and it allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. The schedule of events for our wedding day was intense but Harlene made sure everything happened seamlessly and as scheduled. At one point I looked around and realized not only had she completed the entire day's to-do list but she added extra touches that make our reception look so professional and polished. Harlene was available, engaged and beyond reliable. Day of coordination aside, her being there throughout the months when I had questions or needed feedback was priceless. Asking Harlene to be part of our big day was the best decision we made and we cannot thank her enough. Truly a star event planner.

    Nicki is awesome- she coordinated my wedding and also provided a lot of the decorations. We worked with her over a few months as we planned and then had our wedding at a site for which everything had to be brought in from toilets to stoves. In the beginning she provided advice and was a sounding board for planning and contracts. As we got closer to the wedding she took over many of the vendor relationships, including one that was very challenging for us. It was a huge help to have someone else taking care of a very important but hard dynamic because then it didn't impact our happiness on the day. I leaned very heavily on her for design thoughts and she did all the menus, placecards, seating boards, etc... If she seems inexpensive, it is, she's amazingly underpriced for her services. She's a great planner, very thoughtful, fun, kind and great the day of. On the day of, she came over at 9:30 a.m. and ended up needing to stay until 12:30 a.m. When our shuttles were a complete disaster at 10 p.m. she found the number for the shuttle service and dealt with it with one of our friends. I looked at her in a panic and she said she'd already planned to stay until things got straightened out and that she'd make sure it was okay. Exactly what you want to hear when there are only a few songs left of the event you've been planning for a year. Nicki provided advice when we wanted it, but she holds on loosely to her opinions and deferred to our vision when I had it and advocated for us when things got hard for other vendors. I cannot imagine having had the wedding without her help, we could not have done it without her. I have been trying to think of other events that I can work with her on, having enjoyed the experience so much. She's amazing, if you're looking for a wedding coordinator- you found her. She goes far further and most importantly she'll be your biggest advocate and protect you. I cannot recommend Nicki more.

    I learned about executive caterers through a friend who hired them for her wedding. The food was so delicious, fresh and hot unlike many other catered foods that I've had, so I knew I needed to get their information to use them for my shop grand opening. I emailed Ebony Gordon, the woman behind all of this, and the next day I was meeting with her in person. I was thrilled with how soon she responded to me because I was on a short time schedule! Their chef has been in the restaurant industry for years and one of his specialties is Asian fusion, though he is extremely versatile. Since everything sounded delicious I decided to give Executive Caterers full control on the menu. The day of my event they arrived early to prepare their things and I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that their set up matched the colors of my shop. That was such a wonderful touch to everything and in all it was so professional looking. The food was mouth watering! You can taste the fresh ingredients they use in every dish and that is so important to me. My favorite was the lumpia and Thai fried rice! I'm so happy I used Executive Caterers for my big day. They are all kind, professional and truly talented at what they do. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

    Lacey was amazing! From the very first day we contacted her I could tell she was going to take very good care of us throughout the planning process. I couldn't be happier with how the wedding turned out. All the details were perfect and the wedding went off without a hitch! The vendors she recommended all worked out perfectly and provided excellent quality services. If you are looking for a planner in or around the greater Napa Valley area we definitely recommend Lacey!
