Hello, my name is Colin Fleumer. —I was a licensed general contractor for many many years. I have now retired from building homes and continue to enjoy helping people out with projects around the house. We can do electrical, tile, Sheetrock, painting, plumbing, carpentry installations and more. At this time, we are only taking on residential projects. —We charge $120 an hour as our Handyman rate. —Due to the high cost of gas, we do have a 2 hour minimum for handyman work. Note: We do pay for your lead from thumbtack, so please only request if you are serious. If you decide you no longer want the work, please cancel through the app so we will be refunded. —We appreciate your business. Please check out our reviews! Hours of operation: m- f 10-6 pm. No weekends currently. —Discounts: We do offer a lower hourly rate for seniors (65 and older) as well as a local discount for our clients in Petaluma. Colin was someone that helped me and my family overcome the lack of faith in people due to the incompetent guy who came before him that just kept getting worse and worse the more we looked at everything. Colin is a true Picasso, making other people's trash work, into works of art. Colin knows what he is doing. I went through 4 other “handymen” prior to Colin and each time my faith that I would find the right person to do the job was made weaker. Colin was realistic his assessment of the problem and worked with me to get it fixed. I had a tenant who ignored a leak under the sink for way too long and the whole vanity had to be removed, black mold cleaned up, some dry wall removed, tile placed on the floor and a new vanity put in. I can’t say enough about Colin’s good natured demeanor and willingness to explain what needed to be done. So grateful to have found him!

We charge $120 per hour for most of our services. We can send 2 people if the job requires a second set of hands. We charge $ 150 for 2 gents.

Be professional, be respectful. I like to ask a lot of questions so I truly understand what expectations the client has for the project.

I am a retried, licensed General contractor. I have built multiple Million dollar homes throughout the bay area. I have a variety skills and knowledge of products and techniques to take care of many different projects.
