Introduction: Hello, my name is Colin Fleumer. —I was a licensed general contractor for many many years. I have now retired from building homes and continue to enjoy helping people out with projects around the house. We can do electrical, tile, Sheetrock, painting, plumbing, carpentry installations and more. At this time, we are only taking on residential projects. —We charge $120 an hour as our Handyman rate. —Due to the high cost of gas, we do have a 2 hour minimum for handyman work. Note: We do pay for your lead from thumbtack, so please only request if you are serious. I was annoyed they were 4-5 minutes late. 🤦‍♀️😂😂🙄🫤 it soon it changed .I'm very ocd about stuff They did a good job. Started at 10:05 ended at like 12:45. I swear at $120 hour u count every minute. But they did good job. Very casual plumbers Cleaned up behind there self Your material needed is included in your $120 a hour so if they need parts calculate patient and time. Thank you for ur service

We charge $120 per hour for most of our services. We can send 2 people if the job requires a second set of hands. We charge $ 150 for 2 gents.
