Chef Matt was a pleasure to work with! I'm so grateful to have found him, this was such a special event for my sister's birthday and Chef Matt worked with me to make this a very special event for her! He offered to assist with bringing supplies and other necessities, as well as referrals for rental companies if needed. He worked with dietary restrictions with patience and direction. He made this process so much easier for us. Will definitely be hoping to work with him again!

We hired Chef Matt Dyar to create an brunch buffet experience for our wedding party on the day of our wedding. It was so great to have everything prepared for us on a day when all you want is for everything to be perfect. Chef Matt was able to create a perfect experience for us and our entire wedding party complimented us on the food and quality of the service. Chef Matt was awesome! He was easy to work with, showed up on time, prepared and served us an amazing dinner. Great attention to detail, each dish was delicious and they cleaned everything up at the end. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Not only was the food phenomenal but the experience of not having to lift a finger was SUCH a treat! Matt and Cindy were so talented and kind, highly highly recommend!

Matt catered a meal for us for twelve people, a mix of adults and children. It was an amazing experience! The Beef Bourguignon was so tender and juicy, we all had seconds. The ceaser salad just perfect. One of our guests had gluten sensitivity, and Matt was kind enough to supply us with a second ceaser salad without croutons without us evening ask for it. Crème brulees were delivered in lovely ramekins and he made it fun for all by using a torch to melt the sugar on the top. He was also very easy to work. I highly recommend Matt to anyone considering a private chef or catered meal.
