- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge per hour so that there is transparency. I will do a free consultation to get more information about the space and what a customer wants to achieve. Since all jobs are different, it can be difficult to determine the exact amount of time needed. We can discuss more specifics in the consultation to make sure everyone is comfortable with the expectations and plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'll do a consultation either in person or on video to get an idea of the goals for the space. Then, I can scope the project and provide a better idea of the time needed. We'll talk through the process and recommendations to create a plan before starting the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Home Organizer® (CHO) through the American Society of Professional Organizers (ASPO).
