- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers have a good idea what they want. I greet every client, I Listen. Provide them with samples of the ideas they have. Advise them as needed. I try to keep the project as simple as possible, open to discuss materials and pricing. I have great references , fully insured.
