Hired Elva to do the balloons for my mom's 80th birthday party. She did an amazing job. I'd never done balloons before so was flying a little blind. Elva not only had a vision but also brought it to life beautifully. The venue looked absolutely stunning and very tasteful. Elva is also very innovative. We had an original plan that changed last minute when we got to the venue. Elva quickly helped us reimagine the design and came up with really creative solutions. If you want a really creative hard-worker that has taste and is professional, hire Elva for your next party. She's the best!

I inquired about getting a balloon garland from Bella Skye Balloons for a Duffy boat rental to celebrate my birthday with friends in Long Beach, Ca. They came out and had the boat decorated before I arrived. The work Bella Skye did on the balloons were better than I envisioned! So much so that we got a lot of attention and admiration from onlookers and passersby. The backdrop was so beautiful! The balloon colors were exactly what I wanted and Bella Skye Balloons did an amazing job at bringing my vision to life. Elva was very responsive and easy to work with. She was also punctually and professional through the process. She gave me some helpful suggestions and provided detailed information to help me visualize the backdrop and balloon garland. She also created a matching balloon garland for our welcome sign. All of my guests loved her work and we will definitely be booking her again for our next events!
