Elva was a true professional. Anytime I messaged her she responded immediately. The balloon backdrop was beautiful, and the center of attention. She executed exactly what I asked for. Hired Elva to do the balloons for my mom's 80th birthday party. She did an amazing job. I'd never done balloons before so was flying a little blind. Elva not only had a vision but also brought it to life beautifully. The venue looked absolutely stunning and very tasteful. Elva is also very innovative. We had an original plan that changed last minute when we got to the venue. Elva quickly helped us reimagine the design and came up with really creative solutions. If you want a really creative hard-worker that has taste and is professional, hire Elva for your next party. She's the best!
