They were so amazing. The apartment was an embarrassment before they arrived and left it spotless!! They carried numerous bags of garbage down multiple flights of stairs with ease and were lovely!

We were very happy with the cleaning service done by GO after a rodent infestation. We hired them to sanitize our closets and items, one by one. The main woman leading the service spoke mostly Portuguese but she was very adept with using Google translate and making sure she followed our instructions well. I was very happy with the attention to detail and the fact that they ran sanitizing wipes over every single item- the way we’d asked. Not only this, but the cleaners used critical thinking to try and identify the source of the rodents and explained to us what they found when cleaning. Not only this but they were very flexible with helping with all of the messy tasks and needs we had, including additional work to hand wash contaminated bins in the backyard, using bleach in order to sanitize the items effectively. The only thing I would give feedback on is that we misplaced a couple of items possibly in the cleaning process. The customer service for this, however, was great. The owner / main cleaner messaged me and followed up to inquire about the whereabouts of the item and then insisted to pay for a replacement, even though there was zero proof that they had lost the items (the item could have been misplaced by someone else). I did not take her up on the offer but I found it to be exceptional customer service and quality on her part. When I need a house cleaner again, I will want to work with her. Really, my favorite aspect was the thoroughness and detail of their work. Thank you Go services! And wishing you best of luck ahead.

We hired them for Deep Cleaning. One guy and a woman came. They worked for 4-5 hours. Wen we inspected the house later, it wasn’t a deep cleaning. Freezer racks weren’t clean, floor had pet hair, instead of cleaning the dust, they put all the items in a box with dust, Dishwasher wasn’t clean (that we checked later). Many things that were clearly visible, we asked them to clean before they leave. Overall, it wasn’t satisfactory work.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, as our goal is always to provide quality service. The cleaning was completed within the time required for a move-out cleaning and followed the instructions given to the cleaners at the beginning of the service. Regarding the items placed in boxes, this was a method of organization to allow for the cleaning of the surfaces, despite it having been agreed beforehand that the house would be empty. Regarding the dishwasher and other points mentioned, we would have appreciated being informed at the time of the final inspection, as we would have corrected them immediately before leaving. We take your feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. We are available to discuss this further and try to find a suitable solution.
