- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each quote is the base price. After our initial phone call, I will draft a proposal that will include the final service price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I aim for a collaborative relationship with my clients. I schedule an initial phone call to comb through their ideal or dream wedding and I then send a proposal covering everything that was discussed. A second face to face meeting is scheduled to go over timeline, wedding designs if needed and vendors. The third meeting is to do a final walk through at their selected venue. The third meeting is usually the final meeting until their wedding day unless a fourth one is needed. I’m always available to my clients via cell or email. So if anything comes to mind, we can tackle it on the spot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started planning corporate events like happy hours, holiday events, and last minute celebrations. I handled everything from venue selection, timelines, budgets and decorations. Eventually, I took on my first wedding which led me to planning a few more.
